PARTS MANAGER Parts Manager is responsible for the effective operations of all Parts Department activities within the company. He/she is accountable for the financial performance, coordinated marketing, customer relations, staffing, and overall coordination of the Parts Department. The Parts Manager will collect and analyze data providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. Strong communication is required between the Service, Sales, and other departments as well as customers. Parts Manager will be solely responsible for inventory levels of all components. Will also be responsible for maintaining proper records and communications between corporate office and the factory. Will maintain operations of department to include wholesale/retail counter for walk-in customers. |
